The glass temple looms large,
Steel columns encasing,
On the altar sits the modern age deity,
Wire adorned and a wi-fi halo,
Blue LED eyes radiating waves of data,
Disciples queue up to donate little offerings into the digital dust bin,
When my chance came I peeped in and picked one up,
It was a piece of mind,
"No" said the priest "you are not allowed to steal from the goddess,
Only drop your peace of mind here."
I want to be a pagan again and worship the wind and the rain.

Nice one!
ReplyDeleteI have removed the deity from her pedestal and almost there, pagan wise:)
